Bachelorette and Bachelor Events

Salty Nash Even Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit of $[Deposit Amount] is required upon signing this Agreement.

  • The remaining 50% balance of $[Remaining Amount] is due [30 days prior to the event].

  • Any last-minute add-ons will be paid for at the time of ordering.

Salty Nash Event Cancellation Policy

1. Deposit & Booking Confirmation

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total event cost is required at the time of signing the agreement. This deposit confirms the reservation of services, venues, and third-party vendors. The deposit is non-refundable, as it covers administrative and preparatory costs.

2. Cancellation by Client

  • More than 60 days before the event date:

    • The deposit is non-refundable, but a credit toward a future event may be issued at the discretion of the company.

    • Alternatively, you may reschedule the event within 12 months of the original event date, subject to availability and any price differences.

  • 30 days before the event date:

    • The client will forfeit 50% of the total event cost, in addition to the non-refundable deposit.

    • A partial refund of the balance may be issued if expenses (such as bookings, vendor payments, etc.) have not yet been incurred.

  • Less than 30 days before the event date:

    • No refund will be provided.

    • The client is responsible for the full event cost, including any third-party vendor or venue cancellations.

    • This policy is in place because, at this point, most or all event costs have already been paid or committed.

3. Cancellation by Company

If Salty Nash must cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, health emergencies, or other factors outside our control):

  • The client will receive a full refund of all paid fees, including the deposit.

  • We will assist in rescheduling or finding alternative solutions.

Salty Nash Photography Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Notice

  • Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will incur a cancellation fee.

2. Deposit Involvement

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • If a cancellation occurs, the deposit will be forfeited.

3. Rescheduling Options

  • Clients may reschedule their session without penalty if at least 48 hours notice is given.

  • The rescheduled session must take place within 6 months of the original date.

4. Illness or Emergency

  • In the event of illness or emergency, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling without penalty.

5. No-Show Policy

  • Clients who fail to show up for the session without prior notification will forfeit their deposit.

  • They may also be responsible for remaining session fees.

6. Weather-Related Cancellations

  • If an outdoor session must be canceled due to severe weather, we will work with clients to reschedule at no extra charge.

7. Agreement

  • By booking a session, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by this cancellation policy.
